3 new dwellings Wye

Work: 3 new dwellings on edge of village
Location: Wye Kent
Architecture: Traditional

The site formerly know as ‘the paddock’ lies on the Southern edge of the village overlooking open countyside. Planning consent was finally obtained by RBA for three large 4/5 bedroom houses following extended discussions with the LPA.

The houses are designed to be outward looking and are positioned with their principle elevations facing South and close to the Southern boundary to create a ‘tidy’ edge to the village and open countryside, access is via private driveway designed in the form of a ‘country lane’ which wraps around the Southern boundary. The houses are fitted with sprinkler systems and all differ in size and detail with the largest at the end of the Lane.
